This solution package will get you started fast in Smartsheet to manage and track a project, program or process. Our experts will partner with you to build a standardized submission process for all projects, programs and processes and a standardized process for managing the completion of each project, program or process. Each project, program or process will be managed by a set of Smartsheet objects (sheets, reports, dashboards) created from a template folder. You will be delivered a solution package with a simple, automated view to summarize how your project portfolio of work is progressing, and a live-updating portfolio view of your projects, programs, or processes. At the end of this engagement, you will be able to use your solution package to successfully manage and track all your projects, programs or processes in Smartsheet.

- Your Key Decision Maker is the individual who ultimately approves the solution design process and functionality. The Solution Admin is the person who will own the maintenance and make updates post-release.
- Internally align on your business goals and the objective of this engagement.
- Gather relevant materials that outline your current process; examples could include process or requirements documents and/or templates.
- Come prepared to discuss your timeline. Understanding your dependencies, constraints, and preferred go-live dates will allow us to work together to formulate a plan.
